Stumps Ground. Lots Cleared. Land Back to Work.
From one stubborn oak stump in a Shores yard to five palmetto-choked acres waiting on a barn pad — we grind, mulch, and clear across Ocala and Marion County, with the price agreed before the machines roll.
What We Do
Three services, one goal: usable ground.
Stump Grinding
Any size, any count — from the laurel oak stump that keeps eating your mower blades to the row of pines a builder left behind. Ground below grade so you can sod, seed, or replant.
Stump grinding & prices →Land Clearing
Building lots, barn and arena pads, fence lines, driveways through the trees. Cleared, grubbed, and left ready for the next contractor — with Marion County's rules handled.
Lot & acreage clearing →Forestry Mulching
The one-machine answer to overgrown land: underbrush, palmetto, and small trees chewed into mulch on the spot. No burn piles, no hauling, no scraped-bare soil.
Mulching explained →Straight Pricing
Stump grinding by the inch, mulching by the acre, clearing by the job — the chart is public, because "free estimate" shouldn't mean "mystery number."

Ocala sits on the line where Central Florida's sand pine scrub meets horse-country pasture, and the ground shows it: laurel oaks and water oaks that drop and rot fast (the county's most-ground stumps), live oaks whose root flares spread wider than the canopy did, saw palmetto whose root balls laugh at a rented brush mower, and slash pines standing in rows on every former timber parcel. What you clear, and how, depends on which of those you've got — which is why our estimates happen with eyes on the land, not from a satellite photo.
Two things worth knowing before you hire anyone (including us). First: gopher tortoises are protected in Florida, and their burrows show up constantly on Marion County scrub lots. Clearing over an active burrow without an FWC permit is a real violation with real fines — we walk every parcel for burrows first and tell you honestly what we find, because "the mulcher didn't know" is not a defense the state accepts. Second: burn piles need authorization in Florida, and half the county is in a burn-sensitive zone by spring. Mulching and hauling cost a little more than burning; they also don't put your name on a Division of Forestry incident report.
